Mark Begor foi nomeado diretor executivo e membro do Conselho Diretor da Equifax no mês de abril de 2018.

Sunil Bindal is the Chief Corporate Development Officer, leading the global Equifax acquisition program to bring new data assets, capabilities and opportunities to drive growth.
Prior to Equifax, Bindal acted as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development at Total System Services (TSYS), as well as Vice President of Corporate Development at Broadridge Financial Solutions. Prior to his corporate development roles, he spent nine years in investment banking at Credit Suisse in its Technology M&A group in New York.
Bindal earned his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, dual Master of Science degrees in computer science and chemical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Trevor Burns is Senior Vice President of Corporate Investor Relations, responsible for leading Equifax’s strategic dialogue and communications with the investment community and Wall Street research analysts.
Burns joined Equifax in 2005 and has held a number of finance and investor relations leadership positions during his tenure with the company, most recently serving as Senior Financial Officer for Equifax Global Consumer Solutions. Prior to Equifax, Burns held accounting roles with AT&T Mobility and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Burns holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. He remains actively involved in his alma mater as a student mentor.
Carla Chaney is Chief Human Resources Officer at Equifax. Chaney has global accountability for the Human Resources function, focusing on attracting, retaining and developing our people, and supporting a high-performance culture where diverse talent thrives.
Prior to Equifax, Chaney served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Communications, at Graphic Packaging International, with a significant portion of her role focused on building and developing talent to ensure the company’s profitable growth. During her tenure at Graphic Packaging, the company successfully transformed its portfolio through acquisitions and innovation, moving into a global packaging leadership position. Before Graphic Packaging, Carla held U.S. and international-based executive roles at Exide Technologies, Newell Rubbermaid, and Georgia Pacific.
Carla is currently a Board member for the Atlanta-based Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), whose focus is inspiring and empowering black entrepreneurs.
Chaney earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. She also completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Development program at Cornell.

Todd Horvath is President of U.S. Information Solutions (USIS) at Equifax. In this role, Horvath is responsible for leveraging the company’s differentiated data assets, Equifax Cloud™-based technology and deep analytics expertise to create innovative solutions that drive financial opportunity for businesses and consumers.
Horvath joined Equifax from Fiserv, where he most recently served as the Co-Head of the Fiserv Banking organization. In this role, he was responsible for enabling the success of thousands of financial institutions and fintech clients, taking a customer-centric approach to the development and delivery of innovative card payment, debit network, digital banking and payments, data aggregation, and account processing solutions. During his tenure at Fiserv, Horvath also held the role of Executive Vice President and Group President of Account Processing, where he led the delivery of on-premise, private cloud and public cloud fintech solutions to financial institutions across the United States.
Horvath previously spent 18 years in international leadership roles at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), most recently holding the position of President, Multinational Clients. In this role, he spearheaded efforts to expand the breadth of ADP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) services and solutions through strategic partnerships and the architecture of a single, unified platform.
Horvath received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego and a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of International Management.

Cecilia Mao is Chief Product Officer at Equifax, with a mission of driving new product innovation as the center of the company’s business strategy.
Mao serves as an Independent Director of Cboe Global Markets, the world’s leading derivatives and securities exchange network. She also serves as a board member for Women in Technology and the Partnership for Inclusive Innovation.
Prior to joining Equifax, Mao was Vice President of Product at Oracle Data Cloud, where she led teams in business strategy, product management and delivery for identity, data management platform and digital audience-targeting products. Cecilia held product management roles on decision and analytics products for over a decade at FICO and Verisk Analytics. She has deep experience in accelerating revenue through new products and solutions, driving large-scale organizational change, and anticipating market dynamics to create new products and segments.
Mao holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley
Lisa is the President of Equifax International accountable for more than a $1B of annual revenues across 24 countries. She and her team are delivering insights fueled by unique data, analytics and technology to customers across several industries including financial services, telco/utility, government, auto and the SME space. Prior to this role, Lisa acted as Managing Director for two of the largest international regions, Canada and Australia/New Zealand. Most recently, she reinvigorated the recently acquired Australia/New Zealand business by focusing on customers and engaging the team in Equifax's global transformation initiative.
Prior to joining Equifax, Lisa was Vice President of Global Scoring Solutions for FICO, overseeing the sale and delivery of scoring services to clients worldwide. While at FICO, she held a variety of executive leadership positions within market strategy, product management, direct and channel partner sales, regulatory compliance and business operations. In addition to her work at FICO, Lisa held executive positions with FIS and Deluxe Corporation.
Lisa earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in New Venture Management at the University of St. Thomas.
Harald Schneider is Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Equifax. Schneider is responsible for global data innovation, maximizing the benefits of Equifax differentiated data assets, leading analytics capabilities and using data fabric within the Equifax CloudTM to drive new products and growth.
Schneider joined Equifax from Visa, where he served as the Global Head of Data Products, serving customers and partners with web-based and API Data Products to drive customer engagement, fraud strategies, marketing optimization, and underwriting strategies.
Prior to Visa, Schneider built and successfully launched the challenger bank Tandem Bank in the U.K. As Tandem Bank’s Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Analytics Officer, he led the development of the bank’s product suite as well as the company’s risk management, data management, marketing and analytic strategies.
Schneider also held data and analytics leadership positions at Capital One, including Managing Vice President of Decision Sciences, for the Capital One credit card business. Prior to Capital One, he held international data and business leadership roles at Citigroup and Pardus Capital Management.
Schneider holds a master’s degree in finance from J.W. Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.

Before leading GE Energy Management, Mark was President and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate. He also served as President and CEO of GE Capital Retail Finance (Synchrony Financial), successfully guiding it through a period where the business doubled in size.
Begor was a senior vice president and member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council for 10 years and a GE officer for 19 years. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal Media and as GE's Investor Relations leader, where he oversaw a large number of acquisitions and dispositions.
Begor is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, and he has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Since September 2017, Feidler has served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Equifax Inc. He is a Founding Partner of MSouth Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in Atlanta, since February 2007. Feidler was President and Chief Operating Officer and a director of BellSouth Corporation from 2005 until January 2007. He also served as its Chief Staff Officer during 2004. From 2001 through 2003, Feidler was Chief Operating Officer of Cingular Wireless and served on the Board of Directors of Cingular from 2005 until January 2007.
Fichuk served as the Chief Executive Officer of Randstad North America and as an Executive Board member for Randstad N.V., the world’s largest HR services provider for nearly four years. Under her leadership, Randstad North America navigated the changing world of work in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and achieved industry-leading revenue growth. Fichuk is passionate about how to drive adoption of technologies and standards for the creation of more equitable and effective learning and career pathways. During her tenure at Randstad, she served as the company’s executive sponsor for the founding of the The Velocity Network Foundation. The mission of The Velocity Network is to build a world network for verifiable career credentials powered by blockchain technology that can accelerate the hiring process and open up more opportunities for job seekers.
Prior to joining Randstad, Fichuk spent more than 25 years at Nielsen Holdings PLC, a global information services leader, where she most recently served as President, Developed Markets. In this role, she led 4,000 employees across North America and Western Europe transforming the business model from client service to a product sales organization.
Fichuk was appointed to the Equifax Board in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and sits on the Global Leadership Council of the Colorado State University College of Business.
Based in New York, he was Vice Chair of Assurance Services of Ernst & Young LLP from 2009 to July 2014, and Americas Vice Chair until his retirement in September 2014. Hough joined Ernst & Young in 1978 and became a partner in 1987. During his career at Ernst & Young, he led various teams across the firm, including serving as Vice Chair and Southeast Area Managing Partner from 2000 to 2009 and Vice Chair of Human Resources from 1996 to 2000.

From January 2014 to May 2016, Marcus was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Time Warner Cable Inc. He was named a director of Time Warner Cable Inc. in July 2013 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2013. Prior to this, he was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2008 and Senior Executive Vice President from August 2005. Marcus joined Time Warner Cable Inc. from Time Warner Inc. where he held various senior positions from 1998. From 1990 to 1997, he practiced law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
McGregor served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Broadcom Corporation, a world leader in wireless connectivity, broadband and networking infrastructure from 2005 until the company was acquired by Avago in 2016.
From 2016 to 2017, McGregor served on the board of directors of Xactly Corporation. He also served on the board of directors of Ingram Micro, Inc. from 2010 to 2016. From 2001 to 2005, McGregor served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Philips Semiconductors division of Royal Philips Electronics.
Prior to this, McGregor was head of Philips Semiconductors’ Emerging Business unit from 1998. He served in various senior management positions of Santa Cruz Operations, Inc. from 1990 to 1997.
Founder of Great Falls Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Washington, D.C. McKinley was Chief Technology Officer of News Corporation from July 2010 to September 2012. He was President, AOL Technologies and Chief Technology Officer from 2003 to 2005 and President, AOL Digital Services from 2004 to 2006.
Prior to this, he served as Executive President, Head of Global Technology and Services and Chief Technology Officer for Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., from 1998 to 2003; Chief Information and Technology Officer for GE Capital Corporation from 1995 to 1998; and Partner, Financial Services Technology Practice, for Ernst & Young International from 1982 to 1995.
Smith serves as chief executive officer and board chair of WEX, a global payment processing and information services provider. Since she assumed the role of CEO in 2014, WEX revenue has doubled as Smith drove the company’s strategic growth, overseeing major acquisitions, technology investments and international expansion.
Prior to her role as CEO, Smith also served as chief financial officer for ten years where she spearheaded the company’s initial public offering in 2005. Before joining WEX, Smith held the role of senior auditor at Ernst & Young LLP.
Tillman serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Aflac Incorporated, the largest U.S. provider of supplemental insurance. Since 2014, she has overseen the company’s legal division and functions related to human resources, compliance, government relations, global cybersecurity and the office of the corporate secretary.
Tillman joined Aflac in 1996 and has held positions of increasing significance, including helping launch Aflac Japan as a standalone subsidiary. Prior to joining Aflac, she was an associate with Smith, Helms, Mulliss and Moore and an associate professor at the North Carolina Central University School of Law. Audrey received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her JD from the University of Georgia School of Law.
